What you are actually paying for
Three allowances, and nothing else
A plan sets how many properties, rooms and team members you may have switched on at once. Switch something off and the allowance comes straight back — nothing is deleted to free it up. Your own login counts as one of the team.
Every feature, on every size
There is no higher tier with the good parts in it. The smallest plan and the largest run identical software — meter readings, leases, invoices, receipts, LINE delivery, staff permissions, the marketplace, all of it.
Bank transfer or PromptPay
We do not take cards and never ask for card details. The payment screen shows our bank details and a PromptPay QR with the amount already in it; you transfer, upload a photo of the slip, and your plan is live straight away.
Nothing renews behind your back
A plan runs for the term you bought and then stops. You are never charged for a month you did not choose, and if a plan lapses nothing is deleted — every room, tenant, invoice and receipt stays exactly where it is and stays usable.

Starting out
Your first month is free
A full calendar month on the starter size — one property, up to 100 rooms and five team members. Enough to set a real building up and run a whole month-end through it before you decide anything. No card is asked for, because we do not take cards at all.
One free month per account. You start it yourself from the plan screen after you register.
